Chemwise was established in response to the increasing trend of chemsex in Malmö and the wider Skåne region. The project is run by Positiva Gruppen Syd, a non-profit organization that supports people living with or affected by HIV. Our aim with Chemwise is to reduce harm, HIV transmission, and other sexually transmitted infections, prevent overdoses, and address substance abuse and dependence related to sexualized drug use, including chemsex. We also provide education and training for healthcare professionals to enhance their competence in this area.
